Pool facilities are the biggest selling point for this hotel and our stay highlight! Great for the kids Rooms are a little tired and could use a decent deep clean Friendly and helpful Staff at reception. They were however always under the pump! Only one person on the desk whenever we were in there with at least 3-5 people waiting to be helped. Never when we tried to call down could we get through to reception we had to go down and line up to speak with staff

Apartment was looking a little run down. Missing cabinetry doors in kitchen. Extra cot was the most uncomfortable set up. Mattress was lumpy. Ended up squeezing youngest in with parents as it was so uncomfortable for her. The pool facilities are quite nice for families though.
