The property is a little aged but still clean and has your essentials (including kitchen) and a stunning beach view (we stayed at level 31). The bathroom however was facing the bedroom directly with no fan or window installed. Spa and pool was great and close proximity to shops, beach and shopping district (within 10min walk). Overall a good stay.

The property felt old and dated. Stuck in the early 2000s, shower leaked and bathroom flooded, one of the beds was ripped and I caught my leg on the springs. Team members always looked like they were too busy. A lot of works happening in the property early morning drilling a and hammering was not pleasant Only one Person at counter at checkin and checkout resulting in long lines. Seems they have a strict 2pm check in policy when you arrive early, rather than saying that you are told house keeping are cleaning your rooms, there were at lease 3 families told this and then at 2:05pm all the rooms were ready, would have rather been advised to come back at 2pm not wait as housekeeping are just finishing up. Parking yes it’s free however before you check in and after you check out you are on your own. Was really disappointed in this property, our first family holiday post pandemic. Will find alternative Gold Coast accommodation in the future
