"Amazing staff lovely room perfect "

"Sharon in housekeeping kept room clean Guy at breakfast on Easter Sunday gave great walking recommendations (didn’t get name) Friendly front desk staff. Parking was easy, right underneath. "

"Cheap sausages and the parking was non existent we only booked there because it said it had on site parking. Never again."

"Nice breakfast is the positive. Noisy, dated room. Room 2 poor location to bar and restaurants. Not worth river view."

"When we arrived the rescue potion staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t use many of the amenities such as breakfast, the pool etc the staff in the lounge and bar again were very friendly. The bedroom and particularly the bathroom and shower were exceptionally clean and very large for a hotel, very impressed. The hotel internally is beautiful and a pleasure to walk around, in particular the staircase and corridor leading to the bar. Would definitely stay there again when next we visit, and would recommend to anyone asking"
