"I hate to say this as the location is 10/10 and the staff are so lovely. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was quite dirty…I arrived after hours and was only there to sleep so did not ask to be moved therefore they didn’t have a chance to rectify the issue which I take responsibility for. However I’m not sure if any other rooms would’ve been much better as the main issue was the carpet which needs to be replaced. Just filthy and stained and the whole room smelled like dirty/damp carpet....
