"Overall, we had a good stay. The welcome was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the effort to make us feel comfortable from the start.
The setting is charming, with decor that feels truly authentic and thoughtfully done, giving the place a warm and unique character. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The walls between rooms are quite thin, so noise travels easily — we could clearly hear our neighbor snoring during the night. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable we’ve...

"A perfectly quaint spot in Florence. Good walking distance to the major attractions and very convenient having breakfast in the space. I felt very welcomed here!"

"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site.
The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day.
The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral.
We will definitely stay here again."

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"The IQ Hotel Firenze was an excellent experience with modern amenities. The location is decent but far enough from train station that Taxi made more sense with luggage. The staff were extremely helpful. The bar was okay, quiet. The restaurant was good. The room had an outstanding walk-in shower with overhead rain shower head. Thank you IQ Firenze for a lovely stay."
"I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my husband’s 50 th birthday. The hotel has a fabulous location, bang in the centre of the city and it really couldn’t be more central. The lobby bar and the reception are really exquisitely decorated.
We had an executive suite in the west building. The suite was as advertised. Lovely furnishings and lots of space. A comfortable large bed with nice bed linen. The room felt airy and bright which I loved. In respect of the room, there was a bit lacking in terms of providing water in the room. Apparently only the first day the water is free which personally I think is tight given we were staying in a suite. However, we had to ask twice for a refill of water to the mini bar in our room. We did get one free alcoholic drink at the bar at check in which I thought was a great touch.
I would also add that the air con didn’t seem to be fully functioning. The room wasn’t that cold although they did offer a 10% discount for this.
Staff wise - I can’t say there was any personal touch or acknowledgement to celebrate my husband’s birthday. . Not even a happy birthday on the tv screen when we checked in. Just his name. I booked the roof top bar which was ok. I also booked breakfast for us both one day at 44 euros which I thought was very expensive given the limited choice and it was a bit disorganised. Overall a lovely stay, with some area for improvement to make the hotel amazing."
"We had a very comfortable stay at hotel Paris! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Vittorio! He was exceptional friendly, professional, and kind. This hotel was near all of the places we wanted to go to making it very convenient whenever we wanted to walk back to the hotel and take a break. It is very simple, there are no big amenities like a pool or a spa, simply a nice place to rest as you spend your day in Florence."
"Spacious room junior suite. Nice to have option of 2 swimming pools
Unfortunately spa facilities not available when we stayed in July 2026. Looks like opened recently so still scaling up. Overall staff friendly and helpful. It is around 20-25 mins from Florence centre costs around 30eiroa each way but faorly easy to get can from main stn and a few taxi ranks in centre . Worth staying to save on monies compared to city hotels"
"Good location. Travel family of 4. If you only need basics it is perfect. Breakfast was a surprise, it was fresh and good overall. Enjoyed to stay there just for sleeping."
