It is amazing to hear you liked the apartment and its amenities as well as the location close to the bus station and the city centre. We wish you had more time to spend in Bratislava so you could visit the nearby Medicka garden with delicious hot chocolate or Eurovea promenade too. As you are mentioning, the hot wave hit Bratislava in the past days and we experienced here and there outage of air-con, but it is all working now and we hope you will have a chance to come back again and have even more pleasant stay than this time!

We inspected the property and the only odour you could have smelled could have been odour of detergents used for general cleaning of the whole property including hallways and staircases which has been done shortly before your arrival. The building is brand new and we have never had mold, which can be proved by all the other positive reviews we are receiving from our guests. Regarding the check-in process, I would love to hear more from you. After booking the apartment, you are invited to check-in online and once you are checked-in, you are entitled to enter the apartment via 4-digit code. The whole building is key-less and there is no need to visit the reception. All checked-in guests receive access code to their email and can enter the building and apartment straight without any obstructions or queues at the reception. In case needed, our reception is only 550m or 8 minutes walk from the apartment. We hope you give us another chance so you can get the kind of excellent experience we are well known for. We are really sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately as you chose a nonrefundable price we just have to follow a rules in case of no show. We also offer easy cancelation prices in case you would like to make another reservation next time, it is safer during this Covid period as you can receive refund if you are not able to come.
