"Room is clean and staff are very helpful"

"The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout. "

"I had a stay where the steam room was not working so to make it up to me I recieved a complimentary upgrade. I was so thankful for this as I was celebrating a special occasion. It was magical. "

"Wonderful staff and good sized, clean room. Can’t say that the white spot in the parking lot any good though but that is not the hotels fault. Only issue was there was only decaf coffee in the room ( they did have regular in the office) and conditioner would also be appreciated. Overall, we would stay again. "

"I booked two queen beds with suit. However, when I check in, they said they don't have this room for me. As a result, they replaced two queen beds room to me with free parking and breakfast. "
