Our main probkem was airconditioning and wi fi but was ptobably due to storm so out of the hotels control. Otherwise all gpod. Staff at the desk, cafe and the manager were fantastic.

The check in process could do to be streamlined but that was the only issue I had. Staff are so lovely. Hotel is clean. Food is great and good variety. Rooms cleverly laid out to maximise space. For a short stay, perfect.

The hotel was conveniently situated close Hurstville’s Shopping Mall and very close to some rather splendid Chinese and Japanese restaurants including Sydney’s rail transport system just 10 minutes walk away providing a comfortable and convenient way to travel into Sydney. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the receptionist who was polite and friendly who ran through the location of my room and check out times upon leaving. The walk from domestic airport T2 to the hotel was about 15mins walk. Kind of far. Good to have shuttle bus service at regular interval to the hotel.
