"Every time we stay it’s another 5 star review, it’s consistently great both hotel facilities and staff. Housekeeping staff do a fantastic job the rooms are so clean and fresh. It’s a very seamless stay, safe walking from mascot train station at any hour of the night and plenty of room if you’re using a car/taxi etc. onsite parking is safe and secure and it’s actually ONSITE which is a great bonus. The only reason we stay at mascot is for this hotel, it’s only a 2 stop train ride to central."

" Returning on an International flight it was a convenient and close location from the International Terminal. It was a shame the dining room/bar was not available for breakfast due to work being done on it."
