Hello Donna & Joanne, Thank you for taking the time to review the apartment. We are sorry to hear the cleaning was not up to standard, we will address this with our cleaning staff. Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and some of the issues you say you experienced I am both surprised and horrified to hear. It is a shame you did not raise these issues at the time they came to your attention so we could have addressed them immediately. Or at the very least on departure when staff asked how your stay had been (and you indicated that it had been good). Mike was more than happy to come to the apartment to help with your WIFI connection issues, however as he mentioned to you, he could not configure your device as he has been caught out before with people blaming him for their computer not working when he has tried to help. The matter was simply resolved and was not a problem with our WIFI system. We are however upgrading our WIFI access points to the latest WAVE-2 technology which should improve guest experience on our dedicated NBN-100 network. Mike indicated that your tone was aggressive, and you commented that you only 'came here for the WIFI'. Although the problem (on your side) was resolved quickly Mike was not thanked for his immediate attention to your problem and he was a little taken back at your suggestion he was not being friendly. While we try and provide good quality free internet to our guests, we do not expect that this is the primary reason that they stay with us. Unfortunately you did not book a disabled apartment however the particular apartment you booked had 3 bathrooms all with walk in showers, we are sorry none were suitable. However if we had been advised you required disabled facilities we could have suggested an alternative apartment better suited to your needs. Kind Regards, Teresa (manager)
