Our third stay here and definitely not the last. Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay if you’re visiting the cultural district. Easy walk to the galleries, theatres and dining options.

We booked a 2 adult, 1 child stay. There was supposed to be a queen bed, we had a double bed and a very small couch. There was nowhere for my child to sleep. There wasn’t even 3 towels in the bathroom. Called reception after we checked in at 5:30pm and nobody was available to help us. Reception was unavailable after 5pm and at 8am when we checked out. Do not recommend this property.

Was disappointed that the advertised spa had been broken for 6 months. Technically not broken, just waiting for a cover.... that and the noisy air condenser replacing a broken air con made for a noisy stay.

Fleet Lane is in a great location for walking distance to South Bank, Art Gallery and Museum. Apartment size is fantastic, parking was a tight manoeuvre in a 4WD but once parked did not need to move the vehicle til departure. 2 Bedroom city view apartment with 2 bathrooms was great. Room was clean, but light bulbs not working in lamps and window and glass doors not clean, was a bit disappointing.

We arrived after a big day traveling with 3 young kids expecting our booked 3 bedroom apartment but instead they had 2x 2 bed units on different floors. So we had to all squeeze into one 2 bed apartment for the night. We chose this place originally because of the location and the rooftop spa pool. Gutted when we got to the rooftop and the spa pool wasn’t working. Looks like it had not been in use for a long time. Disappointing, especially when it’s the main picture online.

This property is in a great location. Such a short walk to Southbank and city with lots of choice for dining and entertainment. Rooms were spacious and clean and pretty quiet. Parking is very very tight though and quite squishy and room is not a serviced apartment so after 8 days the sheets, towels and amenities really needing replacing. Apart from this, staff were very friendly and would stay here again!
