This place is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Luggage storage was secure and organized, and helped out so much when I was on a foray. What makes the hotel exceptional is the staff. The property is centrally located within 5 minutes' walking distance of the city center and Queen Street Mall. There are plenty of bus services available nearby. The staff is also very cooperative and accommodating of your request. The only downside is the room size and the age of the building. The room is VERY small and not at all ideal for a family.

The hotel is in a very convenient position. We only have debit cards so needed to wait during checkout to ensure funds could be reimbursed, which only took a few minutes. Most hotels simply put a pending payment in & take it off later.
