Great location and the Atrium is awesome. Staff very helpful and only negative is the aircon is soooo cold. It stopped us eating in the restaurant.

Fantastic Stay
The level of service and general friendliness was exceptional from every member of staff. The hotel has been there a while and didn't show any signs of being tired or in need of refurbishment, in fact far from it. Great location for shopping but also private and quiet. Will take the family back there when next in Brisbane.

Pros: staff were excellent particularly the guy who checked me in & the concierge in the morning/ room service was particularly quick/ room was incredibly quiet (just how I like it) and a nice size/ appreciate the 12 noon checkout/ liked the interior (reminds me of the Hilton's of old with the atrium and the glass elevators.
