"Excellent"

"Our room was fantastic and clean. The pool and spa needs a little upkeep with missing tiles in the pool and many loose rocks in the spa which also doesn't have back jets (still enjoyable though). The concierge on arrival was delightful! On checkout there were charges made from the bar and restaurant that weren't from us, so had to be checked and rechecked! We did not use the restaurant and only used our complimentary drink vouchers (which were a lovely surprise). The parking was easy and reasonably priced too!"

"We were there very early but unfortunately couldn’t get into our room until 1350.Hotel was notified ahead of time too. Stall were great though. Was advised not to use the poll as a basketball team was using it at the time. Would stay again"

"The location is awesome, staff are very helpful and friendly had a couple of small issues and they were resolved asap. Sadly not so clean, the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned along with washing machine and dish washer. I would not recommend the bath and shower gel as it made my skin super dry. User manuals or basic instructions would be helpful. Our rooms were sound proof, comfortable beds, black out curtains were good, good views,. We had west facing apartment that caught the winter sun. Overall not too bad."

"Room was clean and surprisingly quiet next to the main road. Rooftop area has great views of the city. Disappointed that there was not enough spaces available for me to park in the secure basement carpark and often had to find a car space a block or two away from the hotel. A few issues with keys not working and the room not set up according to our booking which was a challenge for staff to attend to until the following day."
