The room was clean. Oaks provided us with adequate amount of toiletries. The bedding was comfortable. I liked you could close off the balcony. Service desk was always staffed with friendly people. All appliances worked.

Great location for the occasion I was in Brisbane for. The airconditioning was very noisy and at 11pm when I arrived back at the suite, I was to exhausted emotionally to request a room change. Staff were very courteous and helpful.
