Clean and convenient place to stay.

Convenient place to stay for a concert in the valley. The room was clean. Make sure you check your emails for the codes to open the main gate, and your room. Due to the time I arrived and checked out, I never actually saw any of the staff so can’t comment on them.

Kinda gross, no real entrance, had to stick hand through gate to get into reception. Kind receptionist. Water tasted bad, If you need a cheap night and don’t care about luxuries, this place fully does the job

Lovely clean rooms and comfortable beds is the only good thing about this place . Two flights of stairs to walk only way in and out of your room. No good for an elderly person .

Happy enough with the place. It would be nicer if the tea and coffees were replaced without having to ask, that’s all it’s worth staying there. Just watch your step. When you go into the bathroom they should put some safety tape down for the little step. we stayed in room 15 single room with two single beds, decent.

Expensive for what it was. Older unit, was clean. The second bed is a pull out sofa, uncomfortable, third was almost non existant. No on site parking, had to park on the street. Very noisy area, but that was to be expected.

Our room (12) needs an update. A coat of paint, refurbished shower - we didn’t even want to use it, it was that uninviting. The toilet seemed to be leaking somewhere as there was water on the floor near the waste pipe. The mattress was like sleeping on a table top, it was that hard. On the good side it was close to The Tivoli where we were going.

Dirty and smelled very bad

This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes and bleach. I could smell the room on me after leaving the next day. There were dirty smear marks on the wall and bedhead, ash on the bedside table and cigarette burns on the blanket and mattress protector.

nothing wrong to have a night or two to crash as property was clean. charges are a bit high and checkout time was 10am which was very inconvenient. i have to spend 10hrs here and there as they're charging for full day which was not fair. apart of this issue i did not had any problem.

The property size was small but cozy however there were stains on linen like our towels. The shower took a long time to warm up, under the stairs which were over the pull out bed there was so much dust and fluff. There was an incident where I used the toilet and the shelf above it just fell and hit me. Barely got an apology for that and the guy in reception was a bit rude to begin with as there were a few issues with our booking. The whole group I was with left a bit put off from this property would not recommend to those with families and babies. Was happy I got my refund straight away as that property did not deserve any sort of deposit lol
