Five out of five stars until the moment you check out - then they literally walk you off the premises. We were poolside, having just ordered lunch when they literally told us we had thirty minutes to leave (with food not having arrived yet). I have never ever experienced that - not in world leading hotels, so not sure why they think it’s ok. Totally killed a good weekend.
