The team there were professional, courteous and pleasurable to deal with. The rooms were exactly what we were looking for and the site was walking distance to everything we wanted from the convention centre to the museams and all eating options. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown. Staffs are EXETREMELY friendly and helpful. We had wonderful time and definitely will stay there again when we visit Brisbane next time!
