The apartment was very clean and tidy. Excellent for a short break and i would recommend the apartment to any one who would love a nice break away. The person on reception was very helpful and gave you as much information as he could. Lovely city with plenty to do day and night.

The apartment was central to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. BBZ was a favourite one. It was spotless inside but like other reviews the stairs are quite steep with only a hand rail which stops just before you get to the top so there is nothing to hold onto at the top or bottom stairs.

the condo had no services. We were told there was English tv but there was not. ... too cheap to put in satellite tv. the second bedroom was upstairs with no bathroom and extremely steep stairs so we had to rent another hotel room as it was too dangerous for someone who has to get up in the night to use the bathroom.

Good Location
Excellent position and very secure. Bed was very low and thin mattress of poor quality which did not allow good nights sleep. Steep stairs to upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful manager. Had a nice balcony. This apartment not suitable for unfit or older people.

A/C did not work at all in one of the rooms, didn't function adequately in upstairs of 2nd room. PIllow cases were dingy (not necessarily dirty). There is a Fine for making noise after 9pm. Not a problem for us, but felt like we needed to be on egg shells. Location was great.

Dear Enrique, Thank you for your comment, it helps us a lot. We are very sorry about the A/C, the high-season just now started and we had some problems with A/C, but we solved the problem already. Our apartment house is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. On the first 3 floors residents live pernamently. Any loud activities and noise between 20:00 - 08:00 is forbidden in the whole building. We kindly ask out guests to respect the neighbours. I hope you will be among our guests in the future again. Pictures are not the right pics
The location is great but the pictures are not adequate as there wasn’t any living room as depicted.. there was a bed in the living room and that’s how there were two beds.. so it’s as very very small for 4 people. So I felt they falsely adcertised the place.

Property in a great location for ruin bars and pubs. Shower and elevator were broken upon arrival, however after reporting this and some persuasion (about the shower) these were fixed the following day.

A pleasant stay & strongly recommended.
When staying in the city, the most important thing for us is the location, easy access to restaurants, public transport and the cleanliness of the apartments. This apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, close to the Metro Line 3 Deák Ferenc Tér, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets (Spar). Most importantly there is an honest currency exchange near the kebab restaurant. The apartment is a duplex and have a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom and toilet. So far, I can still accept the cleanliness of the apartment. The receptionist was very friendly and polite, she could speak & understand English well. And, I guess most of the Hungarians also can communicate in English too, bravo to them! Check-in process is simple and quick. Lastly, attractions such as St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Dohány Street Synagogue and the Hungarian State Opera are just within a walking distance from the apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment at a good price. It isnt very noticeable from the street so was is easy to miss. We was able to check in really early which was a bonus. Plenty of space for us, average beds, had what we needed.

Excellent apartment for a family. Two bedrooms with 1.5 bath. Conveniently located to access public transportation, restaurants, etc. Also, it was very helpful that we could leave our bags at the reception till the apartment was available. Highly recommend for families!

Well located and very quiet.
A spacious apartment in a small top floor development of similar properties. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have the luxury of two bathrooms. A bonus was a balcony where we could sit out in the lovely weather we experienced although alcohol is not permitted. The staff were very helpful and friendly but be warned the reception desk is not officially manned after 5pm, although generally there was someone there a bit later and there is also a 24 hour contact number. The properties are very quiet as they face an inner courtyard and also security is good - 2 keypad controlled gates to get in. The location is excellent being only some 200m from Deanc Ferenc metro station( not sure if this the correct spelling! ) although the nearest metro is actually at Opera. If I come to Budapest again would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, but slightly inconvenient inside the house, the bedroom is upstairs but the toilet is downstairs. The shower room is also tiny. Check out time is also quite early at 10am and lots of restrictions on check in time.

Wonderful location in lively area, great room, staff went above and beyond. Incredible value. We had one issue - air conditioning malfunctioned in upstairs room during a hot July week - and they promptly switched us to a new apartment with AC AND gave us a free airport transfer. Highly recommended.

Good location close to metro
Location is near Deak Ferenc Ter metro. The apartment is a nice size on 2 stories on the 5th floor of the building, but the washrooms were small. Close to Gozsdu Court area for trendy restaurants and bars. Many rules exist with the apartment, but you shouldn't worry too much about them. Not for loud guests...

1. Air conditioner does not work 2. Unreachable personal, so we can't even tell anyone about not working air conditioner 3. No shampoo, soap, tooth paste, etc. 3. very limited amount of towels and, since the room is very wet, the towels do not dry up 4. No change of towels 5. The floor fan is broken too 6. the floor mat in the bathroom is soaking wet-no one is changing it 7. There is not even coffee or tea in the room

Dear Anonymus, Thank you for pointing out some things, however we must clarify few things. It seems you rented an apartment first time and not familiar with how apartment renting is working, so you will be not surprised next time, I would like to give some basic information about it. There is no shampoo, soap, tooth paste of course, since you booked an apartment and not a hotel room, and it is not advertised either, that we do. We are surprised of this statement, since there is no such a thing on our booking profile. We don't clean the room daily, since this is an apartment house, and there is no cleaning during the stay in the apartment houses, in hotels there is. However, we give a free cleaning only for those who stay more than 4 days, because we are aware, that this is a good thing to do. But you don't pay for this. This is also normal, when you book an apartment. Also, you pay a mandatory cleaning fee, so you don't have to clean the apartment by yourself, when you check-out, we do it for you. In many apartment houses, there is no cleaning at all, you must clean after yourself. We are sorry, that you found our staff rude, however we highly doubt the word rude would be ideal in this case. Yes, we don't have 24 hours reception, since this is an apartment house, not a hotel. And you must have been aware of the opening hours, when you booked, or when you received the email from us about all the necessary information. All in all we are terribly sorry, that you were unsatisfied with your stay. We advice to you, next time when you make a booking, please first be aware of the difference between a hotel and an apartment house and read the information what are on the booking pages, so what you book can meet with your expectations. Nice location
The rooms are ideally located, around 5 mins walk to St Stephens Bascilica. We stayed in the room which has a city view which was lovely for eating breakfast or enjoying a drink in the evening. Be aware that the residence is ib the 4th floor and the first three floors are private residences so there are some restrictions regarding noise to be aware of. Also be aware that we were charged an additional fee on arrival for cleaners and also a 10 euro surcharge for early check in, even though it was 2pm when we arrived.

Ideal location and well presented
My two level self contained apartment was extremely clean, tidy and well presented. Situated at the top level of a private residential apartment building the access arrangements and ‘reception’ aren’t what I am typically used to but were fine. The place is ideally located close to dozens of restaurants and several tourist spots.

Great location, space and service
Great communication prior to arrival. Friendly service that easily accommodated a couple special requests and plan changes. Nice and relaxing sitting on the balcony before heading out to dinner. Restaurants, market and coffee shops within very short walk. We were 3 adults and two children and this was so much nicer than a standard hotel.

Perfect resting place close to the action.
