Thank you for pointing out some things, however we must clarify few things.
It seems you rented an apartment first time and not familiar with how apartment renting is working, so you will be not surprised next time, I would like to give some basic information about it.
There is no shampoo, soap, tooth paste of course, since you booked an apartment and not a hotel room, and it is not advertised either, that we do. We are surprised of this statement, since there is no such a thing on our booking profile.
We don't clean the room daily, since this is an apartment house, and there is no cleaning during the stay in the apartment houses, in hotels there is.
However, we give a free cleaning only for those who stay more than 4 days, because we are aware, that this is a good thing to do. But you don't pay for this. This is also normal, when you book an apartment.
Also, you pay a mandatory cleaning fee, so you don't have to clean the apartment by yourself, when you check-out, we do it for you. In many apartment houses, there is no cleaning at all, you must clean after yourself.
We are sorry, that you found our staff rude, however we highly doubt the word rude would be ideal in this case.
Yes, we don't have 24 hours reception, since this is an apartment house, not a hotel. And you must have been aware of the opening hours, when you booked, or when you received the email from us about all the necessary information.
All in all we are terribly sorry, that you were unsatisfied with your stay.
We advice to you, next time when you make a booking, please first be aware of the difference between a hotel and an apartment house and read the information what are on the booking pages, so what you book can meet with your expectations.
