A well located property to see the sites. No real concierge type service. Very pleasant desk clerks try to be helpful. Room is rather worn down and kitchenette lacks most necessities. Street noise in front unit might bother light sleepers. Breakfast very fresh and enjoyable.

The hotel is billed as a boutique hotel but we did not find it so. The room although clean lacked the types of amenities one would expect, ie upscale bath products and towels, tissues or a wash cloth etc. the air conditioner did not work properly but a maintenance man was able to get it working to a reasonable coolness. However, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and saved us from an aggressive taxi driver who tried to rip us off. We very much appreciated her help. A big thank you.

We stayed at Ben’s 5 nights. It was a wonderful experience and we will return twice in the next 10 days. Spacious room, delicious breakfast and superb staff. A delightful experience!

Liked the neighborhood - clean and safe. Room was clean. Although there was a small fridge, stovetop and microwave there were no utensils in the room. We had to ask the front desk for a wine bottle opener (to open the complimentary bottle of wine).

Very convenient location. Excellent front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on a good street but there are very large permanent trash receptacles right next door that take away from the hotel. The breakfast is included but could be better.

Great location. Very walkable. Staff was great. Rooms were large. The facility itself is kind of old and tired. Little things - patch of carpeting in the room was stained/old, plank flooring not quite aligned, shower knob that came off in our hands. Only one place for us to plug in our phones in the room.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious. Shower head was clogged, although water pressure was good. Kitchenette was not equipped, but utensils were available at the front desk. Breakfast was adequate. Neighborhood was very pleasant and convenient.

Live like locals! Great location, friendly staffs, yummy breakfast, all of these at a rwasonable price! We booked for 3 nights originally. We liked it so much that we stayed 5 more nights after coming back from Bariloche. Highly recommended!

Very large room with kitchenette close to Recoleta cemetery and other sites. We stayed there for 2 night prior to cruise. They had great communication and was able to arrange airport transportation to hotel.

Great boutique hotel in Recoleta
This was such a great part of town and really nice boutique hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful - muchos gracias Sara, Danny and Gabriel. The room was very clean, as advertised. The street was quiet, breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

This boutique hotel is in an excellent location; very walkable within the posh Recoleta neighborhood and to major tourist attractions like the Teatro Colon. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and dining table. Kitchenette is not equipped for short stays, but fridge and microwave came in handy. Stff was very pleasant.

It is a very convenient hotel, located in a safe and affluent area of the city. I recommend it for short stays, like we did 2 nights. A lot of cafes and parks around, and close to the main 9 de Julio Avenue. The rooms are ok, comfortable, the wifi works well.
