We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s an amazing place to stay in. Everyone is friendly, helpful and really fantastic. Amazing location as well. Will definitely go back there on my next trip. Definitely recommended.

Our stay at the Poetry Building was perfect. From checking in with Valentina to the 7 nights we stayed, our apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. We had private terrace and balcony spaces and a fully furnished apartment where we were able to prepare a few meals when we wanted. The pool and garden were great spaces for to relax with a glass of wine in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the Poetry Building were nice, friendly and very accommodating with helping us explore restaurant reservations, letting us borrow umbrellas and making some great overall suggestions. The location was also great in the middle of Recoleta where we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to explore the city. A few blocks away from Sante Fe Ave, where it was easy to catch a taxi and also a few blocks away from the Subte, which made our stay very convenient. Highly recommend a stay with Poetry Building, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful place! The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely. The area around it was walkable and had restaurants/markets nearby. The hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable!

Excellent location, amazing staff.
Excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing on foot. Amazing and most helpful multilingual staff who are happy to help with restaurant choices and reservations as well as transportation needs. Spacious and nicely furnished rooms and suites withvery well equipped kitchens.

The people managing the hotel were wonderful. Valentina was welcoming and helpful as was the other young woman whose name I didn't catch. Studio was really nice and well equipped. Great area. We would certainly stay here again.

Such a fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful and the apartments have everything you’d need. The staff is amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk to great shops, bars and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend Poetry - one of my favorite hotels ever!

Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Suite was clean and quiet, and the bed very comfortable. No real on-site amenities, but the staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Very nice location and could walk to many attractive places. Nice decoration and friendly staff. Very cozy rooms with balcony and dipping pool. We spent 2 comfortable nights there.

The apartment was lovely and the staff were excellent. Great location in what felt like a very safe neighbourhood. My only small complaint would be that the towels and bed sheets weren’t as clean as Is have liked, there was clearly some makeup on all of them that they haven’t been able to wash out.

We really appreciate all our guests' comments and suggestions, as a growing business those are very important to improve our services. On the apartment we always leave a bottle of water on the fridge and a bottle of Argentinian Malbec wine as a complimentary courtesy. If for some reason our staff while preparing the apartment to receive you, forgot to left the water, we apologize and if we would have known at the moment we would have provided one right away. Also, as you booked through this site, your reservation had daily cleaning included, we left a grey tag in the apartment that you can put outside the door every day you want it. We are sorry if that was not clear or not explained to you properly during the check-in. We care about our guest very much and we try to make all of them feel at home. Thank you very much and we hope to have you both staying with us again.

An absolutely fantastic property in Buenos Aires. Wonderful location and rooms, and lovely staff. Excellent concierge service who can organise outings for you before and during your stay. The honour bar at the dipping pool is a particularly nice touch. No dining options in the property itself, but many great options very close by.

The receptionists at the Poetry Building are really polite and friendly. The location in Recoleta is excellent. It is a very safe area with plenty of grocery shops, cafes etc. We walked to the Microcentro downtown area in about an hour taking in many sites and different streets on the way.

The Poetry Building was the perfect play to stay while in Buenos Aires. Conveniently located in the Recoletta area near the cemetery and great restaurants and shopping in the area. Loved that the rooms were furnished with antiques and unique details that made you feel like it was your apartment! Not your average "hotel" in the city. The front desk staff was so helpful and provided great recommendations on where to go in the city. Would highly recommend this place when staying in Buenos Aires!

AMAZING!
This was the most accommodating hotel/apartment I have ever been in. I traveled alone for 3 weeks and the Poetry Building made me feel right at home. The service, cleanliness, location, and staff are absolutely superb!

Lovely place ! This time I had a duplex ( the biggest room by size ).However next time I will book a penthouse, since both penthouses have an amazing verandas. Asked for late checkout and had no problem with it. Great location and staff !

Fantastic residence. The staff could not be more helpful and nice. We arrived on my birthday and there was a bottle of wine and a lovely cake in the apartment for me. On New year's eve each apartment was given a bottle of fizz. The roof has a small pool with a lovely seating area with an honesty bar and snacks. The location is ideal with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance and plenty of taxis to take you farther afield. Useful booklet and map in room with helpful suggestions for your stay.
