I should start with the good. The staff is wonderful and kind. They are sincere in their desire to help. I appreciated that. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The bad - the ruins are awful. There really is no privacy. The sink is literally in the sleeping area. It is low budget, but they could at least put a wall around the bathroom. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again.

Found feces in the toilet bowl upon check in
Check in was prompt and pleasant. To everyone who intent to book this room. Don't even think about it. Upon checking into the room, I went to the toilet and to my horror. I found feces in the toilet bowl! Another horror story, I informed the staff that my kettle in the room were missing. I received a disgusting kettle. They came back with a clean one after I informed them the dirty one. The staff who passed the kettle to me were apologetic. Missing teaspoon which I wouldn’t mind since I’m not using. The floor is not pleasant to step on, I don’t have the habit of wearing slippers in indoor. This hotel successfully made me wear slippers in indoor. They provide 1 bottle of 3 in 1 shampoo and body shower gel, coffee and tea. If you need cold water you can bring the water tumbler and request from the café. They don’t clean the room during your stay. Bring your own slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and towel. Housekeeping seems to be understaffed. Only see 1 staff rushing to clean several rooms. Budget hotel, budget service.

The receptionists weren’t helpful at all. I waited an hour before I could check in. I had food delivered and requested if the food could be delivered to my room since I was in back to back Zoom meetings and no one attended to it. No one will help you with carrying luggages as well as you would be requested to get your own trolley at the lobby. The layout of the room is not nice - you will be sleeping beside a sink. The sheets were not clean too. My pillowcases had stains. Bathroom was not clean too - the drainage had a clump of hair. Overall, I will not book with this hotel again.
