Excellent facility, all brand new. Staff very professional and helpful.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. It’s conveniently located near all major attractions, including the beautiful Blue Mosque. You can easily visit it again to admire its stunning light-up display at night. The staff there is incredibly helpful. One particular staff member, Jenlal at the reception, always greets you warmly and enthusiastically, making your day a little more enjoyable.

Great location. Just mins walk to the main stretch of the Gerome and walkable to many sites if you are willing to walk. Not as high up and steep climb up so suitable for families. We had a great view of the entire city which looks amazing at night when the city lit up. We were there in winter hence the roof top patio with the carpets and pillows werent set up else it will be magical. Staff are friendly and helpful - both at reception and at the breakfast area

We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Hills Palace & Spa in Istanbul. The location is excellent, especially for families, as we were able to walk to all the main attractions with our children. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find somewhere to eat each evening. Was browsing through the lists of hotels available at Sultanahmet in Istanbul, and I knew I had to book Fer Hotel for my holiday. Good location, just a few minutes walk to attractions e.g. Blue Mosque. True to pictures, the hotel is modern and clean.. very comfortable! Location is very convience that just few meters away from Iskitlal street which is the main shopping area. Is also near to Sishane metro station to other shopping area.

It was our econd time in Istanbul and this is the best hotel I have so far during this trip.The buffet was fantastic.Staff were so nice and accomodating. I will definitely return to Sultania.
