When checking in, the receptionist informed me that my room and reservation was given to someone else. How did they give away my reservation without showing proper ID? When she realized that the hotel gave away my room, she took roughly 30 mins to get me a replacement. Why did it have to take so long? It was as simple as checking me into another room. Instead, i was forced to listen to her type away on her computer, which seemed like she was typing a term paper. 30 mins of typing and calling the manager later, she finally gave me another room. An upgrade would have made things a little better but i guess they dont seem to care about service. All in all, i was very upset and annoyed with the entire experience. But... At least the receptionist was easy on the eyes.
Probably will not book here again.
