Hotel is clean and conevient. But there is no shower curtain in the bath tub and the floor is always wet. Location is great. There is a coin op laundry room. I have to pay for toothbrush.

Well located close to a metro station with free car parking on site. Room poorly appointed and oddly laid out. Breakfast not included and not offered or explained at checkin. Television didn't work, hotel did not try to fix it.

Liked: Very comfortable bed & pillows. Huge jacuzzi bathtub. Very quiet room. Good variety on their breakfast buffet and inexpensive. 2 of the 3 front desk staff spoke very good English. It was close to a main subway station. I locked myself out once and the cleaner was next door so through some sign language, she opened my door for me and I grabbed my key. There was washer & dryers available that worked well and were inexpensive (around $5 USD for soap, wash, and dry). Disliked: TINY refrigerator, most of it was the internal mechanics, like you could maybe fit 3 or 4 small bottles of water in it. I left my 'do not disturb' on since I was only there 2 nights and didn't lock up any of my valuables. They came into my room anyways. Nothing went missing but that makes me nervous.

Small room with, a horrible shower. The shower head couldn’t keep still, and the tub and shower booth itself don’t have an enclosed mirror or a shower curtain so the floor next to the tub flooded. Also, the AC heads directly to the bed. It was not very nice to sleep with. The beddings were good and the staffs were helpful. 욕조와 샤워 사이에 유리나 커튼이 없어서 옆 바닥으로 물이 다 튀어서 물바다가 되더라고요. 샤워기도 고정이 안 되었구요. 룸이나 화장실 모두 깨끗했는데 이런 기본적인 게 안 되어있다 보니까… 그리고 에어컨이 침대를 향하다보니 목이 아팠구요. 그래도 직원분들은 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.

Noisy and rude staff. Avoid this place
Hotel rooms are clean. But the service and the noise isolation are terrible. The staff is either untrained to answer questions, rude (dont bother to stand to greet us upon leaving) or refuse to change us room because the AC is not working. We had to come down two times and ask repeatedly to change until they did. The windows are not isolated so we can hear the noise from the street, the singing from speakers from 7am. The area has prostitutes. Only good thing beside cleaning is the location 5 min away from subway station. But pretty far out from nice Busan areas.

Climbing in Busan
We were in Busan to rock climb and stay away from the crowds. This was a great location to get to the climbing areas, Daeryukbong and Buchae Bawi. The hotel provided everything we needed to stay comfortably.

距離蓮山站12號出口走路大約3分鐘，沿路有CU、Olive young,還有一間像關東煮的小攤，可以吃魚板喝熱熱的湯，飯店路口就是星巴克，對面有一間警察局，週邊有一些夜店，可能也有聲色場所，因為男性朋友到飯店接女朋友回去時，有被韓國中年女士詢問是否需要⋯，雖然有這樣狀況，但飯店依然是很安全的，因為電梯必須刷房卡才能按居住樓層，房間大小適中，我們兩卡胖胖箱沒問題，廁所空間滿大有浴缸，因為環保沒有附一次性用品，要記得自己帶，吹風機也ok，美中不足的是冰箱太小，買了2瓶大瓶飲料冰不下，住3天每天都有來打掃和補水，原本以為不會來打掃，所以衣服都丟床上，還幫我們折好放在簡易衣櫃上，總之下次到釜山還是會住這間。最後補充蓮山站的16號出口也有ISSAC吐司和整排咖啡飲料店，對面有大創和e mart。

周辺環境は夜の繁華街という感じだが、ホテルで寝ていてうるささは感じなかった。壁が薄いのか隣のテレビの音が大きいのか、聞こえてくる時があった。ホテルの目の前に交番があるので、安心ではある。隣はスターバックスです。 アメニティはタオル、バスタオル、シャンプーリンス、ボディソープ揃ってます。歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、髭剃りは持参必要。ガウンもありました。

エアコンが共同なので調節できないところと、椅子がカビてるぽかったのを除けば、水場もきれいだし、部屋は狭めだけどベッドふかふかでよかったです。 冷蔵庫が小さすぎて水3本が限界なのでもう少し大きいといいなと思いました。
