Good overall quality to price. Couldnt get more toilet paper, even when they cleaned the room (we got new towels each day but not toilet paper, odd). Front desk situation is quite lacking, says open 5-12 but we never saw anyone there no matter what time we arrived back at the hotel.

It's not a terrible place, but there are definetly some points for improvement. For one, the rooms smelled a bit which seemed to be coming from outside. The rooms themselves were clean, but very small for two persons. Also, the warm water in the shower was hit or miss.

The property has limited desk service. The room was cold and there was a thin blanket. Also, no elevators, so I had to lug my luggage up three flights. As a woman, I felt unsafe there, so after my first night, I wanted to check out early. The manager said no, saying there is a two night minimum. I was not told of that and it was not listed on Expedia's website. i just left and gave up the loss.

Property manager was extremely kind and helpful with providing information. Lobby and building is very nice and sticks out from the surrounding area. The room was also relatively clean.

Acceptable accommodation!
The room was clean and acceptable. However, it was quite cold as there was no heater and the water took some time to heat up so I had to let the shower run for a minute before using it. There is no staff onsite so you would have to give a call to them in their main building if you needed any help. Water dispenser was not working as well but they were kind enough to provide 2 bottled water daily. The location is about 5-10 mins walk to Seomyeon station and there are tonnes of options for eating. I would recommend just taking a taxi to and from their hotel though especially if you are carrying luggages.

BTS釜山コンのために娘と2人で利用しました。 ホテルの方がとにかく親切で優しくて最高のお人柄で、それだけでもう大満足です。 フロントでもずっとBTSが流れてて嬉しかったです！ お部屋も広くはないですが、ほぼ寝るだけだったので特に不満はありません。 西面駅からは少しあるけど、ホテルの近くにはご飯屋さんやカフェやコンビニなどもたくさんあるし便利でした。

今回BTSの釜山コンサートのために利用させていただきました。 チェックインの際に、欲しいと思っていた釜山コンサートの新聞を頂き歓喜！フロントのBGMはずっとBTS。BTSのポスターも貼ってありました。スタッフさんはすごく気遣いしてくださいます。韓国の方ってこんなに優しいんだなあと感動しました！！ お部屋も浴室も広くてゆったり過ごせました。 コンサートから帰ってきた時に、フロントと同じポスターをプレゼントしてくださり嬉しかったです。 釜山に行った際はまた利用したいです。飲食店も周辺にたくさんあるので便利ですよ！お水も無料でいただけます！

12시 늦게 체크인한다고 하니 호텔 비번이랑 키 받는 봅 친절히 알려주셨네요... 화장실도 깨끗하고 넓고 수입도 쎔! 위치가 서면에서 좀 가지만 저렴하게 맘에 들었음 그리고 체크아웃더 12시라 여유 있었네요

シャンプー等、ドライヤー、タオル必要なものは揃って、部屋、シャワールームも広く良かったです。地下はまだ内装工事中でしたが洗濯機と乾燥機が１回1000ウォンでいつでも使えます。が、洗濯機は脱水がいまいちで手で絞りました。今まで韓国で色々泊まった中では、スタッフの親切度はかなり高いですとてもいい人。悪い点としては、部屋がかなり暗めなので化粧の際に不便、ホテル前の道が人通りが少なく暗いので女性一人だと少し不安な点、それ以外はとても満足しました。

歯ブラシ、石鹸、お箸等はセルフでロビーに置いてありました。部屋にはドライヤーもティッシュもあり、コンセントは一つでしたが普通に過ごす分には不便はありませんでした。部屋も清潔で広く、鏡も大きなものがシャワールーム合わせて３つもあったので女性には嬉しいかも。ただ、部屋の電気がスポットライトのようで上からの光が強く、メイクをするときは上を向きました笑 個人的にはクシ、寝間着があれば嬉しかったですが次回は持参します^^

よかったです。
西面駅から想像より遠くてスーツケースを持ちながらの移動だと少し疲れましたが丁寧にチェックインしていただき部屋も快適でした。近くにコンビニ、スーパー、キンパ天国もあり一人旅には過ごしやすかったです。でもホテルの正面に立体駐車場？の入口があり出庫のたびに音が鳴るのが夜中は寝辛かったです。

호텔이라는 분위기보다 모텔이라는 분위기가 맞는거같다. 입구는 화려하나 , 시설 등을 고려하면 모텔이 더 맞고 , 위치는 매우 좋다

地下鉄西面駅からは少し遠く感じたが、近隣にも食事できる店やカフェ、コンビニもあり総合的にみればまた宿泊しても良いかな。 ただ、土地勘がないとホテルの場所はわかりにくいかもです。

5층에서 잤는데 방에서 냄새가났어요 하수구냄새가 올라와서그런건지... 청소는 잘되있었는데... 잠만잘거라 저렴한 곳을 선택했는데 아쉬웠어요 직원분들은 친절했습니다만 청소하시는분이 숙박하시는분들이 일찍나가니까 제방은 확인도 안하고 청소하러 들어오셔서 깜짝놀랬습니다..

방이 좀 작고 엘리베이터없는 5층이라서 좀 힘들긴 했지만 직원분이 직접 짐도 들어주시고 세심하게 배려해주시는 모습!굉장히 친절하셔서 덕분에 기분좋은 숙박하고 왔어요

チェックイン前後に荷物を預ける場合は、近くにある本館？に行って預ける必要がありましたが、そこのスタッフの対応がとても良く、また利用したいと感じました。 部屋もきれいで水回りも清潔で、この値段はとても安いと思います。 ソミョン駅からは少し歩きますが、全然歩ける範囲ですし、すぐ近くにCU(コンビニ)もあるので、立地はすごく悪いわけではなかったです。

員工服務非常棒
離地鐵還是有點小距離，要走10幾分鐘，住的雙人房空間小，只能勉強攤開一個行李箱，但整潔度不錯，打掃阿姨人很好！櫃檯人員親切服務非常好，積極解決我們的問題！！是我們很好的住宿體驗❤️
