This property is very accessible to public transit and overall good. My only complaint was the laundry services. There are machines on the 10th floor. I did laundry late at night and came down 5 minutes after the wash cycle to find someone had moved my laundry (even though I saw no one during my time doing laundry and returned quickly after my wash cycle). This is not the fault of the hotel, but frustrating nonetheless.

The area of the hotel is excellent.
The only compliant we have is that we were disappointed that we did not get any bottled water every day. There was a machine where you could get hot/cold water but when you tried the hot water button the water was cold.
The shower curtain was very dirty.
Nice place. Shower was a bit small and the restaurant was closed during our stay for a while but it was clean and the staff were excellent. I would stay here again
Well this is a gorgeous hotel but the staff are not very attentive. We had a room which had no air con and was very hot. The window didn't open. It was a fight to get to a room which we could breathe in. The staff also forgot to fetch the new room key after saying they'd be back in a moment. Also a free coffee and cocktail was in our confirmation but they stopped that offer and just gave one us one free wine or beer. However the hotel is lovely and the room very nice
Surprised that this room was better than expected. It must have been renovated recently. Super comfy bed. So handy for everything with line one metro near by to access all the sights, shopping within easy access and so close to restaurants. Would recommend staying here. Only thing was that breakfast is not an option as the restaurant is closed in the hotel but you can go to Starbucks which is next to the hotel.
Good location, everything we need is just in short walk: subway, coffee shops, restaurants, market. Room is clean, comfortable bed. Staffs are friendly and nice.
The toilet is rather small but is the typical expectation from this type of hotel. Room is good and clean. There is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire hotel so it might take awhile if there is a queue. Location very convenient, right outside the subway station.
Substandard business hotel with old greyish bed linen and smelly carpet. Holes found in bed linen. Poor amenities. Mould found in bathroom. I would rather go to a motel room. They should not be a part of Accor hotel group
So, I stayed here for 3 nights August 1st to 4th 2022. Check-in was on the 17th floor (or something like that). Staff was friendly enough. I had no other interaction with the front desk other than to ask if beeakfast was available.. well they didn't have anything open because of Covid.... maybe it's a Busan thing. In Seoul they had everything open. The room was clean except for the vent in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough but not really great. Nice central location and easy access to public transport like subway and bus. I liked this city.
The staff went above and beyond to help us with the language barrier navigate around.

Nice clean room, good for short stay. However, be reminded check in is at lvl 17 which is confusing as a few ppl was looking around at ground floor just like me.

Very clean feel. Can see sheets being completely changed. No hair all throughout the room. Comfy bed.

I didn’t like the inconvenience of not being able to sit in the lobby even though I’m fully vaccinated and no breakfast options. The room size could’ve been bigger, but all in all the beds were comfortable, everything was good.

Clean place in the middle of city. Good location to have a look around in Seomyun.
Having local restaurants nearby was another plus.
