"Great hotel with lots of food and drink nearby and close to the train station. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me locate some personal belongings I left behind and really went out of their way to make sure I was able to retrieve them. Special thanks to Patricia and Miriam."
"The price I paid for a room and breakfast was about £73 per night which I thought was excellent value for money. The bedroom was rather basic but it did include a king sized bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom facilities were rather cramped but did include a walk-in shower.
The hotel itself was away from SBahn and UBahn stations but they were walkable. The number 3 bus however gave easy travel from the Hauptbahnhof, although the stop was not easy to locate, to the hotel. As the hotel was in a one way street the return stop into the city centre was in the next road but easily located.
Breakfast was the usual self service. There was no restaurant for other meals but there were self-service facilities to purchase food and drinks. However the sandwiches did run out. So I would describe this more as a snack service. However there were many eating establishments in the city centre."
"The 'Nest' room was perfect for my stay as I spend most of my time out and about when on holiday. It was also bigger than expected and well laid out with plenty of natural light.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, but the hotel could do with getting better pillows.
The hotel is very close to Stadthausbrücke Station (3 mins walk) which means you can effectively go straight from the airport to the hotel avoiding the busyness of the larger central station and an additional change of transport/walk in your journey.
However, what made my stay most enjoyable was the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the hotel reception/lounge staff members. They were brilliant!"
"The location is excellent. Very walkable. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfect in size, clean, well illuminated, and nice view. Bathroom was very clean, and a good size. modern styles and relaxing. Bar at the lobby excellent for relaxation."
