Commenting or writing a review isn't really my cup of tea; however, what we had experienced with G-Galyx Hotel shouldn't just be put aside, or, worst, bark at the wrong tree. And this review is just the right venue to vent our absolute frustration. The WORST accomodation I went by far.
Beginning from the receptionists' ill-bred attitude all the way up to the physical set up of the hotel was just so FRUSTRATING. The ventilation was terrible. We were provided with an electric fan despite "airconitioned room" due to its defect. The room size that was supposed for a family was best fit for a single or two persons only. The bath/comfort rooms' doors (separate) are half-sized leaving a wide openings on its lower/upper portions that splash the water outside. It has no telephone in the room. The 2-in-1 liquid soap was empty (un-refilled).
All these were brought to their attention but we only got an insincere respond. Why "insincere"? It's the top-most priority of the management to act upon complaints and make the guest/s feel comfortable and safe.
Despite reminding them repeatedly, we always got the answer "we'd look into the matter ma'am", until we left the area, nothing was looked into considerably.
