"I arrived and looked after by Melvin for check-in. He was very helpful, explaining the area, the hotel, and answered some of my questions. The hotel is right behind the Plaza de Armas. The area is safe at all hours. The hotel has a good breakfast for long hours. I got a boxed breakfast the last day as I was going to Machu PIcchu. The courtyard is beautiful and charming; in the evening they set up fire heaters so you can enjoy the night with a drink. i highly recommend it."

"Very happy with our stay here. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially with our early morning tour departures. The restaurant is excellent, and we had all our dinners there, and the whole family was always happy with their meals. Also, Kiki the llama was a sweetheart, and our daughter especially loved seeing her each day. "
