"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. The food is varies but lots of pork and fish. The swardfish is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My only niggle is the sharp corners on the bathroom sink top that is very close to the door. "The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "We chose Wyndham for our first family vacation with a baby and it was a great choice. The apartment we got was spacious, clean and quite modern. The kitchen had everything we needed - all utensils, fridge and freezer, toaster, even a Nespresso machine. We loved the fitness center, which was spacious and super modern. The pool area is also new, plenty of sun chairs and some hammocks even."

"Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something. Breakfast was ok."

"As soon as I arrived, I booked an additional night! It's slightly off the beaten track, and has a few small, great eateries and beaches nearby. You get 10% off the local beach restaurant with excellent sunsets, a welcome coffee and plenty of friendly staff. Everything is super quiet, with public transport right in front of the hotel, or an airport shuttle if you prefer!"
