"Overall it was okay. Room was quite spacious. Netflix didnโ€™t work. Breakfast area was very crowded and the spread is quite standard. The seating area is very cramp. Final bill was abit complicated. In fact there was an overcharge in the final bill which hotel.com/ expedia later found out and a refund was made."

"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."
