Breakfast was not served on time .. had to call for breakfast but still got only for one person one time .. housekeepers would just get in the room if we did answer the door which is very wierd .. wifi was not working .. overall a bad experience

It was a beautiful spot, very high end for what you pay. Staff not very friendly and don’t really have good communication skills, they didn’t let me know what to expect when I arrived, just figured I knew what to do. When we got there we couldn’t find our room, due to poor instructions. Then in the morning we got a complaint from the staff about our children reading “hello, sorry for bugging you, if you have a child in your care can you handle this” 1: i dont know what she was talking about 2: i put 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) when I booked the room so they should know I have kids? 3: I can’t exactly put a muzzle on my kids, we told them to be quiet but there’s only so much you can do. I don’t think we will be staying there again, again, it was a beautiful place, but the staff definitely ruined it.

The room was very clean and everything looks very recently updated. We loved the fact there was a front and back balcony and dishes and glassware in the room as well as coffee and tea. The breakfast was tasty and convenient to heat up in the microwave whenever we wanted. The staff went to extra effort when I asked for milk for the tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the room was very warm even with the heat turned off completely.so we also were unable to make use of the fireplace. But we would definitely stay there again.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean and peaceful. You need to drive to the closest town within 3 minutes and from there do the any hiking. They have a cute golf course that should be open within a few weeks! North Bay is about 20 min drive as well.

I really liked the first night as it was peaceful and quiet, however the second night people were in the room next to us and there were young girls running up and down the hall screeching and yelling until almost midnight. They were only spoken too about the noise once and that really ticked me off as we stayed at this hotel for the quiet and did not get any the second night at all. Overall the hotel itself was great and the staff was amazing and helpful

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Rooms are well-appointed and very clean. My room was at the front of the building and what a view over the lake!! Would highly recommend, and am already planning my next trip to stay here again! I recommend slippers for winter stays as the tile floors felt cold on my feet. Thankfully I packed mine! Had a bit of a challenge with the key system and Lisa did an amazing job getting it resolved! I checked in after office hours and she was so kind despite my grumpiness after a long drive. The way she managed this shows how much she cares about her guests! It was worth the 4 hour drive.

This is where I proposed a Promise to my Girl. After delivering the ring and the decorations to the staff, they made the suite so amazingly wonderful. I entrusted them with my ring to be placed in a specific area and they did just that and then some. 10/10 I would recommend Terrace Suites again and Im sure Ill be returning in the summer for the amazing views it has.

The suite was cozy, the walk in shower with two spouts was wonderful, the fireplace was awesome and view of the frozen lake was magical. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the room and the lady on her way to work hurried up to help us. I would go back. Cozy romantic getaway. The breakfast should be axed. It was pre-made and gross. The coffee was bad, too.
