We did not like was that we did not have a great view. We were on the same floor as the reception so view and you could hear and see the cars driving pass. Also the parking was a bit of a problem. Some times coming back from an outing there were no parking available even though we requested a parking space. Good idea will be to give the guest/s a specific parking space then there won't be this problem.

Great spot, close to town. Felt sorry for the eaitress at dinner time as she was the only person working the floor on what was a very busy night.

location pretty good. About 10 minute walk from town (if you walk to the end of Frankton Road and take a path just past Brisbane Road) into town. Reception let them down badly, sent us to the other hotel as "I did not hear you name correctly" (and did not bother to confirm who we were) and sent us to the other hotel. No apology from that staff member and a begrudgingly said sorry from the Manager). The room needs a little tlc. No soap holder in the shower and the TV went off by itself 3 times in the 5 days we were there.. I doubt it will be fixed as I think they are on a tight budget. And actually I doubt they care that I told them it was faulty. All in all I wont stay again ….ever. The customer service was non existent at both hotels. So stay somewhere else where they will appreciate your custom

This hotel is in a great location with fantastic views, nice staff and large rooms however it is very old and worn and is in need of Renovation.
