"Great location in the city. Nice and knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. For 2 people, the hotel provided 2 bath towels, but only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth (!!!). This is done to โ€œprotectโ€ the environment. At the same time, the room has multiple bright lights and it is impossible to turn half of them off. Is this an environmentally friendly approach?"

"Great room, and great staff. Housekeeping responded quickly when I requested something to my room. Only negative was that no complimentary bottled water included. There were 2 bottles of HARTZ water in the fridge which I assumed was complimentary with the room, however, I later found out they are part of the bar and costed $5 each. When I called for bottled water, the concierge said the water from the tap is drinkable, otherwise he could prepare some bottles for me to collect from the reception which I declined. Noting I did not know the "free" bottles were different to the ones in the fridge. Overall we had a great stay, and the minor misunderstanding with the water does not impact my likelyhood of staying here again. Thanks for having us!"
