"Checked in at 5pm on Saturday. Was welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff had a room upgrade to a suite and was pleasantly surprised not knowing what to expect as we had never stayed in a Novotel before. Did not disappoint and did not want to leave "

"Great hotel in a good location with easy access to the tube and the DLR. All staff were very professional and friendly. Room was lovely and modern with great air con, hotel was really clean throughout. "

"We had a great stay at Lincoln Plaza. We were lucky our room was ready early so we were able to check in earlier than planned. The room was lovely and was decorated nicely, comfortable bed and the aircon was fairly good once it got going. The pool area was a little strange to get to but was pleasant and the sauna was nice. Like other reviews the pool and jacuzzi were quite cold but still usable and the steam wasn’t working. The breakfast was a real highlight, loads of options and all really nice food, would definitely recommend adding it to the stay! The staff were all really friendly too."

"The hotel is perfectly located for great local restaurants, bars, green spaces and riverside walks. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and nicely designed. The bed was super comfy and our view across the river was enchanting. The staff were kind and very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Having complimentary access to the great pool and spa was a real bonus as was being right next to the pier so you could get the boat into central London. We can’t recommend it more highly and are looking forward to staying again. "
