"Nice campus. Needs some updating. Elevators were troubled, tv in room was very small and no tv's behind the bars or pool bar. Staff was very nice, but the expedia representative was dishonest and not helpful. Don't waste money on the round trip shuttle unless you want to head to the airport over 4 hours early. We took an Uber and is cheaper and 2 hours before departure was more than enough time for the 25 minute bag drop/tsa line."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight: beautiful water and natural sandbars that we absolutely loved. The hotel itself was in decent condition, though some areas could use a bit of a refresh. The overall vibe felt very family-oriented, which is great depending on what you’re looking for. We did wish the pools were a bit deeper for swimming and that there was a swim-up bar. On a positive note, the food was very good with plenty of options to choose from. It would be great if there were more nightlife offerings like a DJ or a larger, more lively space for dancing, but overall, we had a great experience."

"This is my second time staying at this property and to be honest it won't be the last. The only flaw of this resort is that the elevators take a while to arrive so just make sure to take a shot or grab a drink so help with the time. Since I only stayed for one day I was granted a free upgrade to the presidential suite and that room was the grand finale to my week long stay in Cancun. I feel like this property is perfect for solo travelers , couples and groups who desire luxury and a mild party vibe. Run dont walk. 10/10"

"Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. We are very disappointed that the resort allows this to happen. Bathrooms within a distance from the beach were scarce and when you did find one, they were very dirty. Nighttime entertainment was none existent. Someone playing a saxophone in the lobby for an hour doesn't constitute a show! We will venture to find another resort for our next trip to Cancun."
