Extremely friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out Room was very clean and well stocked Bakery/Bar/Restaurant excellent recommend trying the coconut chicken curry

Air Conditioning Broken
The air-conditioning system was broken. It was a hot day - 31 degrees and we could not get the temperature down below 27 degrees C. We asked for assistance and were told we would be helped but help never came. The next morning when we mentioned that nobody came to assist us - the response was oh - sorry about that. We will not be staying at this hotel again nor will we recommend it - very disappointing.
