"Beautiful property. Very clean and everyone was very helpful. The only downside is that the food is pretty expensive within the resort. I mean, it is ridiculously expensive. You'll have to take a taxi to get outside the resort and find cheaper places to eat. Otherwise, everything else in the resort is excellent. "

"We love the location, we got two rooms with balcony one, the door opened to see outside which it was wonderful, the other one was broken, we arrived late and missed to call maintenance to get it repaired. The staff was very nice and professional, we walked to restaurants and saw cruise ships arriving to the port from our balcony.The rooms were beautiful and spacious! We highly recommend this hotel. No parking however the hotel routed us to a public parking and gave us a discount for it. "

"Amazing stay!! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond for us. We got an upgraded room in the royal tower west wing. Rooms are spacious beautiful views. Food was great we are Muslim and they provided halal options for us!! "
