"Property and staff excellent. Was going to be charged £20 for early check in. I challenged this, and it was revoked. I asked if we could get in if the room was ready. It was ready and left a sour taste in my mouth that they were going to charge extra for this. If that hadn’t happened, it would have been 5 stars all round because the rest was brilliant. Overall the room and common spaces could use a bit of detailing & attention to make it a bit more inviting, but overall I had a great stay. Very close to a bus stop and the 100 Airlink bus if you are coming or going to the airport, restaurants and grocery close by, and good communication from the hosts.
