"THE WORST HOTEL AT THIS PRICE POINT EVER. I have never been exposed to worse customer service at any hotel in my life. The front of house staff begins the answer to EVERY request with NO. On top of that, the rooms apart from being small (tiny) are equipped with the worst bedding in a relatively new hotel. I guess tough sheets and tough pillows is a 4* feature. Oh and top you hear water or condensation running through the pipes when you want to sleep. How fun! I will never come back to this hotel, unless it’s in a nightmare."

"The staff were all lovely, very helpful. Rooms were very clean as was the whole hotel. Resturants very good and bar too. Great selection for breakfast. Would hughly recommend"

"Wide range of breakfast options. Pool is warmed, and small playground for kids. Rooms are fine but a bit dated. Blanket is heavy and not very breathable and one wheel was missing in our shower cabin door causing it to slant and not close properly. Staff was friendly and helpful"

"We booked this hotel based on location and onsite parking availability. It was very walkable to everything in Cascais and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great to deal with. We unfortunately didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the pool, but the baby ducks were certainly enjoying it!! 😂"
