"The hotel itself is very nice with a great bathroom and a super comfortable bed. The only thing is that the beach is across the street and it’s currently under construction. This means you have to walk a block to the left or right to access the beach. Once you’re on the beach, the vendors are relentless! You have to rent an umbrella/chairs if you haven’t brought your own and there is no way you can relax without someone bothering you. They are even in the ocean wanting to rent you a boogie board! We only went to the beach once because it was that bad and I’m usually someone who will be on the beach all day every day. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but wanted to make other travelers aware."

They were always friendly, kind, and did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Our room, 904, had an amazing view of both the city and the ocean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to banks, restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Overall, Hotel ZiOne Luxury was a fantastic place to stay. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena!"
