"The room left little to be desired. Some of the lights in the room were not working and the bathtub had cracks on the bottom. I had trouble with the beds that kept rolling and the mattress itself was quite uncomfortable. This is NOT a hotel I would book again. Other than that, the staff was pretty friendly and helpful "

But I did sleep well at night. I don’t know if it’s because Cartagena had a very humid weather but I feel that the AC needs to be updated. Other than that it’s a great place. "
