"Location is great, Castel Angelo, Vatican, & st. Peter's Basilica are all walking distance. You need to pay extra to have an AC. Staff is only till 8pm so make sure to inform them if you are checking in late. We only got shower gel, so make sure you have your own shampoo & conditioner. No kettle, no microwave, & no fridge. Overall, you get what you paid for. If being near to your desired tourist spot is your priority then it works."

"The room was very quiet , clean , very comfortable bed . The room temperature was great and there were plenty of outlets for plugging things in in our room and bathroom. The staff was very helpful with ordering taxis for us which always showed up very quickly. I did think breakfast was a little expensive. The location was great for seeing the Vatican. I would highly recommend this hotel . Lots of restaurants near by as well."

"Nice staff, gorgeous building, marble everywhere and decor is nice. The breakfast is actually as good as you'd get somewhere in a nearby cafe. You can leave your luggage in a room before or after check-in and check-out. However, if little things such as small imperfections in floors bother you then it's not a place for you, head to Marriott. Cleaning ladies are very helpful and joyful. Electric only works when you insert your room key into a pocket by the door. You are asked to leave keys at the reception when you go out. My guess is pickpocketing is out of control in Rome and it's better this way :-)"

"I absolutely love this place... the staff loved my little baby and family. Ms. Silva, Ms. Monica, Mr. Emanule, and the other older gentleman and lady!!!. "I booked this hotel for its location to the Vatican and wasn’t disappointed. It was literally a 5 minute walk from St Peter’s Square. Castel Sant’Angelo is maximum of a 10 minute walk away and this is at a leisurely stroll! There are lots of cafes bars and shops around the hotel and there is a bus stop directly outside the door that takes you anywhere in Rome for €1.50. I used the bus twice- bus 81 to the Colosseum and bus 280 to The Knights of Malta keyhole. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and cheerful which makes all the difference as a solo traveller. I was disappointed that the roof terrace/bar was closed and had been since COVID as this was one of the attractions when booking this accommodation and is still a selling point on Expedia. However there is a very good bar directly below the hotel which I used for my nightly aperitivo instead! The accommodation itself was fine although a little tired looking. However I must stress how clean it was even though it was ready for a refresh which I believe is happening soon due to the sign in the lift. I would definitely recommend a stay if visiting the Vatican"
