We loved our stay at the Avia Villas. The one suggestion would be regarding the mattress and pillows; those belong in a $ 20 room, not a luxury room.

Awesome place for a vacation. The views are breath takings. The room are supper comfy and clean. The big bonus is each villa has its own private pool

The resort and it's view was Beutifull. But the overall stay was disappointing, our rooms mosquito net was so dirty, with dead lizards and bugs on top of it. Our Wi-Fi only started working on the laat night after complaining twice. Half of the pools umbrellas is broken.

Beautiful Blue Lagoon location
The location of this hotel is truly beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast with a gorgeous view over the Blue Lagoon. The villas look better on the pictures and while we enjoyed having the private pool and villa we thought that overall it wasn't the best place for us to stay so we didn't extend our 1 night booking. We thought that the hut could benefit from a better cleaning (especially the bednet) and also the food menu from local Indonesian food in addition to the Western choices. It's pricy too, for breakfast we paid more than having it in Austria and we didn't find it particularly great. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the yellow bridge (150k IDR by taxi) which is a nice service if you manage their timetable. Scooters are available for rental at the reception in addition to other tour offers that we didn't take. Gorgeous sunset views few minutes going up on the hill. Overall we were happier to move on the neighbouring Nusa Lembongan.

Probably the most unique hotel I have stayed at. The views of the blue lagoon are staggering and the private huts and pools are like paradise. The floating breakfast is a must! Food at restaurant could be better but as this is a new hotel there is always room for improvement!

Amazing stay
Amazing place to stay. Helpful staff. Great villas & swimming pools. The food and cocktails are also great! The hotel should include a pickup from the yellow bridge on arrival though. Difficult to reach here.

one of the best villas that we have ever had !
Pros : 1- amazing villa with a lovely pool 2- the staff are friendly and they will do whatever you ask from them 3- they can manage a lot of trips to explore nusa penida and nusa lembangoan 4- free shuttle from the yellow bridge 5- tasty food with a very good price and they provide halal options for muslims 6- excellent wifi Cons : 1- the front disk is not available after 11 pm 2- the food options are limited if you stay for more than 2 days 3-

The villa and pool was nice but still too new... the garden needs more planting and pool bed access far from easy. The attached Blue Klyffe beach club is spectacular but the food far from good. Staff bought us the wrong meals and the menu is poor. The vegetarian meal was served with bacon and the omlette with bacon had virtually no bacon. The menu did not change at all and is very limited. This lets down the Blue Lagoon complex

We had a fantastic time here. The villas are amazing and each one is equipped with a private pool. The property is beautiful and the food is delicious. The front office staff was outstanding. Veggy in particular was exceptional. Nothing was too much for her and she always greeted us with a smile. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Stunning view on Blue Lagoon. Great staff, always ready to help and make you feel welcomed. High standard service, rear for Bali, or especially for Nusa islands. Loved spending time in villa with private pool and the same time joining other guests at main pool with a lagoon view. Rooms sparkling clean. Food is delicious and floating breakfast is a must! The only thing hotel needs to improve is transportation service, lots of places on Nusa Ceningen has shuttle service with motorbikes from Yellow Bridge (Lembongan side), otherwise you should walk the bridge with luggage.

amazing resort with blue lagoon in it's backyard
Loved our stay here! Our backyard of the blue lagoon was a big plus! This was our base hotel for 3 nights and took a day trip to nusa penida island. Beautiful islands worth seeing despite the bumpy roads. We explored and relaxed! Can't beat the value!

Die Villen sind sehr schön und mit dem Privatpool ist es natürlich traumhaft. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Floating Breakfast sollte man unbedingt mitnehmen. Es ist auch definitiv mehr als ausreichend für zwei Personen. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist Sehr gut mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Allerdings bezahlt man für diese Sicht auch etwas mehr als in anderen Lokalen.

N'hésitez pas une seconde !
Superbe séjour ! Probablement le plus bel hôtel de Nusa Ceningan, en bordure du lagon bleu. Époustouflant. Les villas sont charmantes avec tout le confort nécessaire, le staff est très attentif et souriant. Le restaurant affiche des tarifs un peu élevés mais la vue en vaut la peine !!! Il y a beaucoup de choix pour les restaurants et bar tout au long de la côte, vous pouvez vous y rendre à pied. Seuls points que nous aurions apprécié, des pantoufles pour éviter de salir le sol de la villa en rentrant de la plage, et un petit dej inclus. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, merci !

Probablement le meilleur endroit sur Ceningan, cette endroit vient d'ouvrir, c'est un endroit pour couple. Le restaurant a besoin de se roder un peu, mais le site est superbe!

Leider haben wir uns von den Bildern und Bewertungen (auch anderer Plattformen) verleiten lassen das Hotel zu buchen. Vor Ort haben wir festgestellt, dass weder die Beschreibung noch die Bilder zutreffen. Die Idee ist zwar nett, an der Umsetzung fehlt es noch an jeder Ecke. Der Pool sieht vollkommen alt aus, das Wasser ist dreckig und völlig überchlort (Hautausschlag). Wir waren während der drei Tage nur einmal in Pool. Die Liege war total verdreckt, dass man nicht mal die Strandtücher hinlegen wollte. Die Villa und die Terrasse waren ebenfalls dreckig. Dem Personal musste jedes Mal mit dem Finger gezeigt werden, was gemacht werden sollte. Zudem war die Villa so gebaut, dass zwischendurch sehr dicke offene Spalten vorhanden waren. Wir sind intensive Asien-Reisende und kenne gewissen Standards, aber dies war für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. Letztendlich wurde, außer dem Bett, nichts anderes in der Unterkunft benutzt. Keine Empfehlung!
