"Service was outstanding, staff was excellent, weight. Staff in dining room was very good. I understand the hotel changed owners recently. Upgrades they need in the room I was in the shower surround needs to be replaced. The bed was too soft, the bottom fitted sheet is the wrong size for the mattress. It does not stay, smooth and sleek. I didn’t appreciate the nightly rate and felt it was exorbitant. I do understand it was graduation week. I would like to know if the rate would have been different had I booked directly with the hotel. The person who made my reservation used hotels.com. "

"I would surely return to this property. The staff that we encountered were all kind and respectful. The hotel is walking distance to the wharf and lots of shops and restaurants around. There’s a restaurant at the lobby area that serves delicious breakfast for a fee."
