"The front desk was great. The room was very nice with a micro and a fridge. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were both very clean as well. Parking was easy and about a mile from Iowa state university. The breakfast was buffet on the weekend and order from the menu on weekdays. We had the order from the meu and it was very good. Water, coffee and fruit available in the morning too. Would stay here again for sure. "

Usually for this price point, you're lucky to get clean sheets. But to have a clean room with a clean bathroom and even a waffle maker, let alone a free breakfast just cannot beat it for this price next time. I'm in the area. I will definitely stay here again. "
