"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel!! The staff were amazing throughout the whole stay. They made our trip even more special and memorable 🌟❤️ The room was so clean and they had everything you could possibly need. The pool has such an amazing view of the city as well. 10/10 Absolutely recommend staying there. (definitely get the matcha at their caffe downstairs!!)"

"Great hotel in emerging urban neighborhood. Great hotel for families, couples, singles. Rooms are HUGE with comfortable seating areas and big TVs. Dated, but stylish and clean. Some street noise (but hey, it's DTLA). Near Grammy Museum, historic sites, amazing architecture. Homeless issues in the neighborhood, but, again, big city. Lots of filming in the area for commercials, movies, TV. Hotel has a coffee vendor, bar in lobby and on roof by pool, and a restaurant. Good patisserie next door. Many cool bars within walking distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Due to area issues, skip the self park and let them park you valet. We travel frequently and would stay there again."

"Upon check in, they asked what brought ha to LA- I believe, more for conversation than anything. I let the front staff woman know that we were here for the Oregon ducks versus UCLA game, and also mentioned this was one of two trips for our honeymoon. She showed us to the elevator and said congratulations. We were up in our room for about 20 minutes when there was a knock on the door, and a lovely gentleman greeted us with a beautiful plate of desserts and complementary champagne. They also sent a card with him. When I opened the card they had typed out a personal message, congratulating us on our honeymoon and wanted to send complementary celebratory items to our room. This was an incredible surprise and meant a lot to us. It took thought. Our room was beautiful, with a corner view of windows, looking down into the city of LA. There were plenty of food options around, and we really enjoyed every interaction we had in the neighborhood. The hotel staff were friendly from the valet to checking in. The morning we left and needed to get our car from the valet, all of the gentlemen were so sweet. I felt like a local celebrity ha ha. My husband and I will stay here again if we ever visit LA, and are looking into staying at the Omni in New Orleans when we have our second honeymoon trip in a couple of months."

"I asked the front desk was there an microwave in the facility, within 5 minutes I had one being delivered to my room! Top tier! 10/10. Great location also. Wonderful customer service."
