there's no receptionist at the premise. Everything is via a tablet that connects you to the receptionist via video call. Check in is ok, except that as we need a parking lot, the staff make a mistake by giving us a parking lot that was already taken up by another car. Had trouble communicating as staff doesn't really understand English. need to use translator app to make them understand, Finally, after 10-15 mins, they finally understand what we are trying to say & allocate us another parking...

Big room with good bedding, located in excellent location close to the American Village and the sea. Very professional and great staffs. We’ll be back again next time!

What I Like : Great location as it's walkable distance to American Village and Araha Beach. While the room size is not big, it's has all the things we need as a family of 3. We loved the balcony and beach front view. SImple breakfast was included every morning. There was also free parking space within the premises. An extremely lovely 3 star hotel that's worth every penny! Probably better than some 4-5 star hotel! Room: Room is squeaky clean and spacious. We book a suite for a family of 4. We can open up 2 large suitcase and 1 small suitcase. The bathroom area is huge and absolutely livable. We can bath the kids, change easily. There is a washing machine and dryer in the suite itself. The property was a little dated and looked run down but the apartment is clean and spacious. It has a well equipped kitchen although we did not make use of it at all. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and we had a good night sleep on it. :)

This property is very new and the interior design gives me a very homely and holiday feel. All the amenities inside the room is well designed, shower is away from the basin and toilet is away from shower. Two persons can use the different functions concurrently in other words. Not to forget, breakfast was awesome, and in my opinion even better than another internationally branded hotel which I stayed in Naha. This was my second stay at Terrace Garden Mihama Resort. I love it very much. The room is large. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi. You definitely need it after a whole day travel. The view of Ferris Wheel is just perfect. What do you think about drinking wine with your beloved with this beautiful view? ROMANTIC!!!

Stayed for 3 nights. There was no daily make up room available but with allowing for towel exchange at the counter. Near to Chatan park seaside and American Village.

overall stay still consider good the hotel was old fashioned hotel with traditional water taps and quite hard to turn on and also control the shower flow able to catch nice Sat 3 mins fireworks at the beach hotel and faraway view of the annual fireworks. They served welcome soft drinks & oolong tea and supper ramen from 10pm to 11pm

Awesome Stay. Staff helpful, clean room and comfortable, nice area and decent price. We're going back to stay next week.
