"We had a great stay at Placemakr Downtown Phoenix. Our room was a fully furnished studio, including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer en suite. The building is new, and the room was very clean. Well connected to public transportation, convenience stores (CVS, Fry's) a few blocks away (~10 minute walking distance). The 22nd floor has a game room, a business room with computers and a printer, a media room, and a shared open space room. There's a nice break room with free coffee on the ground floor of the building adjacent to Placemakr, which also has an outdoor swimming pool and can be accessed using the fob that opens our room."
