"Upon checking in, it was quite extensive as it was not made clear upon booking that the property did not accept cash, as we are from out of town it was hard to get money onto a card. The second room of the hotel for the first 2 1/2 days smell like extreme sewage as there was some sort of sewage issue going on. If it weren’t for the nighttime front desk staff, we probably would have not stayed here. It probably will not be staying here again if we decide to vacation in San Diego again."

"Property somewhat under renovation in areas. Ice machine outside and by 2nd building and staying in 3rd building. Surprised to pay for open parking lot fee every night. :( New concept of paying for refrigerated items with charge card before even knowing the cost. :0"

"We have so enjoyed getting to know the staff at this property. We have been here for over a week. The rooms were redone quite some time ago, but they were high-end at the time and they are well maintained. This is a very comfortable quiet property. It is right off the eight freeway - excellent for getting around town and business travel in particular. We are here with our dog and they have made us so comfortable and welcome."
